Behold an unknown story
About well-known traffic light.
Sit down and let go your worries,
We have to start from aside.

It came from a previous century,
When cars captured roads and minds.
But nobody knows eventually
What each of colours hides.

Created for separation
Two traffic lanes on crossroads
This colourful new invention
Has something beyond our thoughts.

It hides unexpected secret
Well worth being widely spread
There's no longer need to keep it -
Here is what the author said.

Each colour of the light will ask
That you carry out a task.

With your lover on the street
Wait until the green light's lit
Stop and turn both face to face
Then proceed with second phase.

Yellow colour means "embrace",
Tight and slow - there is no race.
Red will always stand for "Kiss" -
Long enough, so none you'll miss.
