About politics in the language mathematics

BECAUSE, alas,
THERE IS NO STANDARD
OF DEMOCRACY IN PARIS.

          "The silver standard of the meter
           is kept in the Paris Chamber of Weights and Measures."

                From a school physics textbook
                for 5th grade.

Today in the world
there are many countries
that position themselves
as democratic.
But in each, the level,
of democracy, -
at the same time, -
is different.
After all, there
is no standard of democracy
in the Paris Chamber
of Weights and Measures.

And therefore, each ruler
of these countries -
has their own opportunities
for freedom of governance.
They are determined
by the actual level
of democracy in their country.
And each ruler
strives to make, -
As a rule, -
these opportunities
broader
to the extent of the actual circumstances
facilitating it,
and their own abilities.

The limit, - to which
every ruler of the majority
of democratic countries aspires, -
(to use
 mathematical language), -
Unlimited power
With an unlimited
Cadence of rule, -
(before being carried feet first
 on a gun carriage lined
 with flower pots
 accompanied by orchestras).

And this is evident to us
Current, -
(as well as past
historical), -
Political Reality
of the majority
of democratic countries
of today's world
From the small
Democratic
77-year-old
State of Israel
To the flagship
of democratic world, -
the United States
of America.

This was formulated
Back in the 14th century BC.
The ancient Greek philosopher
PLATO, who
Said, both to his contemporaries,
and to our descendants:
"The end of democracy is tyranny."

And this, apparently, -
In many ways, -
is determined
In our twenty-first century world
Such chaos
In the political life
of many
democratic countries
And even in international life,
Where neighboring democratic -
countries, it seems,
In a bloody slaughter
Try to convince each other
of their greater democracy.

Сегодня в мире
Много стран,
Себя позиционирующих
Демократическими.
Но в каждой уровень, -
При этом, -
Демократии РазличеН.
Ведь эталона демократии
В Палате Мер-весов
Парижской нет.

И оттого у каждого правителя
Из этих стран -
Свои возможности
Свободы управления.
Они определяются
Реальным уровнем
Демократичности в его стране.
И каждый из правителей
Стремится сделать, -
Как правило, -
Эти свои возможности
Пошире
В меру реальных обстоятельств,
Способствующих тому,
И собственных  способностей.

Каждый правитель большинства
Демократических стран, -
(если использовать
 математический язык), -
Неограниченная власть
С неограниченной
Каденцией правления, -
(до выноса вперед ногами
 на лафет, уставленный
 горшочками с цветами
 в сопровождении оркестров).

И это явствует нам
Нынешний, -
(как и прошлый
 исторический), -
Политический РеаЛ
Большинства
Демократических стран
Сегодняшнего мира
От маленького
Демократического
77-летнего
Государства ИзрАиль
До флагмана
Демократических
Государств всех мира, -
Соединенных Штатов
Америки.

То сформулировать смог
Еще в XIV-oм веке до н.э.
Философ древнегреческий
ПЛАТОН, который
Сказал, - как современникам,
Так и потомкам, нам:
«Конец демократии -
 ТираниЯ».

Такой кавардак
В политической жизни
Многих
Демократических стран
Да и в международной жизни,
Где соседние демократические, -
Вроде, - страны

Пытаются друг друга убедить
В бОльшей своей демократичности.
