The Magic of Groves
Today, I saw this row of surfboards lined up by the ocean. On each board was a word written across it. One particular board caught my eye because half of it was submerged underwater. The letters that were visible spelled out “grove.” It looked peaceful to me, like being surrounded by nature’s beauty.
But then I realized there could be another way to read those same letters. If you squinted your eyes and focused on what wasn’t immediately obvious, they might also spell out “grave”—like an ending point instead of a starting one. It felt kind of ominous when seen through different lenses.
It got me thinking about how we see things differently depending on our mood or perspective. Some people call these types of images “psychological perception tests”. They’re not so much puzzles as reflections of ourselves.
And here's the cool part too—the word “grove” itself has multiple meanings beyond just tranquility. It’s also used to describe groups of friends who share common interests or beliefs. So even though one interpretation seems gloomy, another shows connection and community.
So sis, everything will work out fine. There’s always room for growth, discovery, and joy if we keep looking ahead. Our time together is coming soon enough...and it’ll be magical!
