Quiet evening, stars in the sky,
City sleeps, but my heart beats high.
Memories flash like fire,
In every breath — you're right here.
The moon shines like an old friend,
Lighting the path where no enemies are found.
I'm not alone, though the night is deep,
You're my home, you're my sign in my soul.
We've weathered the storm,
Through pain and doubt we've gone.
Now I'm sure in this world,
You're my light, you're my world.
And even if time flies,
And years don't wait for us,
We'll still be together,
Even if it's just a dream.
