Когда все стали жить сто тысяч лет,
То из-за усиления страстей
Рождаться стали там, где меньший свет,
Из влаги и тепла, и чуть твердей.

Питали их растения теперь,
И первые болезни разошлись,
Все из-за их умов неравновесья
Падений в элементах разных сил.

И в месте, называемом Тродшер -
Скопленье Света, с влагою внутри,
родился Джигпа Кьоб - как Ум и Свет,
Умеющий от страха защитить.

Шептал шестистам тысячам святым
Он тантры, чье количество - есть знак,
Что будет Просветленье у мужчин
Благодаря его учениям.

When people lived a hundred thousand years,
Then due to passions' intensification,
They happened to be born in darker places —
from warmth and moisture, and with more hard texture.

Plants now nourished them, the first diseases
Have spread, because of the imbalance of their mind.
The elements were falling and decreasing
of different forces in their lack of power.

And in a place called Trodsher — meant the Cluster
of Light, with moisture hidden within Light,
 was born new Buddha Jigpa Kyob — as Mind which
Knows how to protect people from fright.

He whispered to the six hundred thousand saint men
the tantras, whose great number is a sign,
How many men will then attain Enlightenment
Thanks to his teachings in the future time.
