                Truth.

The law has not only the letter,
but also the spirit.
It's trouble when the letter of the law
is 100 percent suppressed by the spirit,
as it was in the autocratic tsarist
Russian Empire,
during the Stalinist repressions
in the USSR,
or in Nazi Germany. -

Then in the country
there is simply no law,
only spirit,
unjust, cruel
and inhuman,
proclaimed the ruler of the country
«Big»

БЕДА, - КОГДА В ЗАКОНЕ
ПОДАВЛЯЕТ БУКВУ
ЕГО ДУХ.

         «Есть у закона кроме буквы - дух».

                Истина.

Есть у Закона кроме БуквЫ
ДуХ.
Беда когда в Законе Буква
Так на 100 процентов
Его Духoм подавляется,
Как это было
В самодержавной царской
Империи Российской,
В годы Сталинских репрессий
в СССР,
Либо в Германии нацистской. -

Тогда в стране Закона
Просто нет, а только ДуХ,
Неправедный, жестокий
И бесчеловечный,
Провозглашемый правителем страны
ВеликиМ.
