Fix the mess in your head!
Don’t ever stop working!
Let the green grass grow instead
Of a swamp, so dirty and murky!
Now demand inside your head:
What you’re meant and ought to do!
Get up, though you’re tired and sad,
And do it all. No excuses for you!
Don't be a cripple — without legs,
Without arms or willpower.
Find someone and lend your hand.
Don’t whine, moan, or cower!
Stop justifying yourself. Forget
The absurd impotence once and for all.
If you have fallen, rise instead,
Help others to take wings and soar!
Let the shame be what you feel
For time you’ve wasted forever.
Make your decision, final and real -
To work with all your endeavour!
