Все земное - как дым, ты сказал, Иоанн,
И к Невидимым надо стремиться,
От мирских насдаждений для этого нам
В чистоте надо всем Отрешиться.

А для полного счастья нам надо в себе
Зародить Чистый дух Пробужденья,
Мы в неведеньи, в эго, мы в страстнейшей тьме
Все страдаем тут без прекращенья.

И без Мудрости мы не постигнем того,
Что зависимо возникновенье
Всех причин-результатов в сансаре земной,
В круговерти, где видимо тленье.

Бытие - это видимость явленных дней,
Но Пустотность сияет над этим.
Пустота - это сверхбытие, это Бог
Над вещами в потоке столетий.

Он слиян во Христе, нераздельно слиян,
Как? - над чудом не мучьтесь над этим.
Кто достиг просветления, как Иоанн,
Тот живет там, в Немеркнущем Свете.

Он слиян со Христом, стал един со Святым,
Как святое Единое Тело.
Надо знать Состраданье, чтобы это достичь,
И в затвор - с Созерцания делом.

Everything earthly is like a smoke, you said, John,
And we all must strive for the Invisible,
For this we must Relinquish all ways of the world,
And Surrender must be pure, clear.

And for bliss and complete happiness, we all must
Give birth to the Awakening of spirit,
We are ignorant, selfish, in passions of dark,
Here we all suffer without ceasing.

And without Wisdom, we will never comprehend
The great law of dependent arising
Of all causes-results in earthly round way,
In the whirlwind where decay is visible.

For existence is manifestation of days,
But saint Emptiness's shining above it.
Emptiness's superbeing, it is God and saint,
Through the flow of centuries - higher.

God is merged in Christ with us, inseparably merged,
How? - don't worry about this wonder.
In the Unfading Light only saints live, like John,
Only those, who attained this enlightenment.

He is merged with Christ, has become one with the Saint,
In the holy, like Oneness of Body.
And you must be compassionate this to attain,
Contemplate in seclusion this study.
