Love is...
If you think about it, what I'm writing down is just stuff that pops into my head. It's not like anything I write could help anyone win a game or anything. And if something doesn't go my way, I always have a trick up my sleeve. You know what it is? I'm a kid, right? So I can just say I made it all up, and nobody can blame me. Who says you can't make stuff up?
But wow, I got really carried away with all my thinking. Why do you even need to know my secrets? Haha!
Love... remember how poets say "love is all-conquering, no matter the age"? I don't remember who said it, and looking things up when I'm writing is so boring to me. So, I don't remember, and I don't remember. Anyway, can any of you grown-ups answer this: what is love? But, like, don't give me that boring stuff you read somewhere. Tell me in your own words, nice and simple! And I bet nobody can! Why? Because it's like a million things all at once, and it's about feelings, not just words. You can try to write poems or stories about it, but that's just a little hint, a doodle, or mostly just an example – like, "this happened to me" or "this happened to someone in 'Verona, where we lay our scene'" (that's from Shakespeare, you know).
So, since you can't tell me what love is, I'm gonna go... haha, just kidding! I just, like, fell in love! And I hope you all do too! And what's better, loving someone or being loved? Those are different things, right? I can already imagine some smarty-pants guy saying, "You need both!" I'd totally listen if I was just a regular kid, but I'm a genius. So, nope, that's not how it works. Only in fairy tales. Bye-bye for now.
I’m going outside to play.
Stephie
