Правило плей-офф Квалификаций Чемпионатов Европы

В плей-офф Квалификаций всех будущих Чемпионатов Европы обязательно играют  только четыре команды (не больше и не меньше)

Как известно,Чемпионат Европы по футболу  2028 года совместно проведут Англия, Шотландия, Уэльс и Ирландия.
Все 4 принимающие Евро 2028 команды  примут участие в отборочном турнире, при этом только  2 автоматических места
зарезервированы для команд, которые не смогут пройти квалификацию через групповой этап.
Если две  другие из принимающих  команд не смогут пройти квалификацию, то места на Евро 2028 они не получат.
В связи с таким регламентом возможны несколько вариантов плей-офф Квалификации Евро 2028:
1-й вариант.) Если не меньше 2-х команд хозяев Евро 2028 займут 1-4 места в группах:
Тогда 5 команд с 5-и местами в группах обозначим как 21-25 (по лучшим показателям).
Команда с 21-м местом выходит на Евро-2028.
Остальные 4 команды с 5-и местами в группах в 2-х  одноматчевых раундах  определят ещё 3 команды для участия в Евро 2028.
1-й раунд:
1-я пара==== 22-25=====(на поле 22 команды);
2-я пара==== 23-24=====(на поле 32 команды).
2 победителя этих плей-офф выходят на Евро 2028.
2-й раунд:

Команда с 21-м местом выходит на Евро-2028.
Остальные 4 команды с 5-и местами в группах,разделившись на 2 пары, в 2-х матчах определят ещё 2 команды для участия в Евро 2028.
1-я пара==== 22-25=====(1-й матч на поле 25 команды);
2-я пара==== 23-24=====(1-й матч на поле 24 команды).
Если по окончании основного времени ответного матча счёт по сумме двух встреч будет ничейным, назначается
дополнительное время (два тайма по 15 минут, правило выездного гола не используется). Если и после этого
победитель не выявился, проводятся послематчевые пенальти.
2 победителя этих плей-офф выходят на Евро 2028.
4-й вариант.)Если  из  4-х команд хозяев Евро 2028   никто из них  не займёт  1-4 места в группах,а хотя бы две будут  5-и:
Тогда в плей-офф сыграют  3 оставшиеся команды с 5-и местами в группах и одна лучшая,из числа занявших 6-е.
Эти 4 команды разделившись на 2 пары, в 2-х матчах определят ещё 2 команды для участия в Евро 2028.
1-я пара==== 1-4,из числа 4-х участников плей-офф=====(1-й матч на поле 4-й команды);

По итогам финального этапа Лиги наций УЕФА 2026/2028  (1-55 места после 1-го этапа в ноябре 2026 года ) определятся 5 групп (по 11 в каждой).

5.Итоговые места в Лиге наций УЕФА 2026/2028 (с 1-го по 55-е).

15 команд,занявших 1-3 места в группах, выходят в финальный турнир Чемпионата мира 2030.
Одно  место на Чемпионат мира может  определиттся через матчи  плей-офф.
Регламент распределения мест в  Квалификации Чемпионата мира 2030 для  команд, претендендующих  на плей-офф и для 2-х хозяев этого финального турнира (не попавших в  число 15 сильнейших)

1.Места в группах  (розыгрыш 16-20,21-25,26-30,31-35,36-40,41-45,46-50 и 51-55 мест);

2.Очки во всех матчах;

3.Разница голов во всех матчах;

5.Итоговые места в Лиге наций УЕФА 2026/2028.

Плей-офф Квалификации Чемпионата мира 2030

Правило плей-офф Квалификаций Чемпионатов мира

В плей-офф Квалификаций всех будущих Чемпионатов мира обязательно играют  только четыре команды (не больше и не

меньше),если не создаётся ситуация,когда плей-офф не состоится (в случае с необходимостью регламента - необходимого

участия в финальном турнире его  хозяев).

Как известно,Чемпионат мира по футболу  2030 года  проведут и 2 европейские страны - Испания и Португалия.
Эти 2 команды тоже примут участие в отборочном турнире Чемпионата мира 2030, хотя они  получили на него  2 автоматических места
В связи с таким регламентом возможны несколько вариантов плей-офф Квалификации Чемпионата мира 2030:
1-й вариант.) Если Испания и Португалия займут 1-3 места в группах:
20-я команда (худшая по показателям,из числа занявших 4-е места в группах) не будет играть в плей-офф.
Остальные 4 команды с 4-и местами в группах в 2-х  одноматчевых раундах  определят ещё одну команду для участия в Чемпионате мира 2030.
1-й раунд:
1-я пара==== 16-19=====(на поле 16-й команды);
2-я пара==== 17-18=====(на поле 17-й команды).
2 победителя этих плей-офф выходят во 2-й раунд
2-й раунд:
2 победителя 1-го раунда сыграют на поле команды,ставшей  лучшей по итогам Лиги наций УЕФА 2026/2028.
Победитель 2-го раунда выходит на Чемпионат мира 2030.
Этот вариант 100% подходит к Квалификации Чемпионата мира 2034 в Саудовской Аравии.
По три команды из каждой группы выходят на Чемпионат мира 2034.
За ещё одно место в 2-х раундах  поспорят 16-19 команды.
2-й вариант.)Если  только одна команда (Испания или  Португалия) займёт 1-3 места в группах:
Плей-офф не проводится.
3-й вариант.) Если Испания и Португалия займут ниже  3-х мест в группах.:
Тогда 4 места на Чемпионат мира 2030 должны будут разыгрывать 5 команд с 3-ми местами в группах.
11 место без плей-офф выходит на Чемпионат мира 2030.
Остальные 4 команды с 3-ми местами в группах в 2-х  одноматчевых раундах  определят ещё три команды для участия в Чемпионате мира 2030.
1-й раунд:
1-я пара==== 12-15=====(на поле 12-й команды);
2-я пара==== 13-14=====(на поле 13-й команды).
2 победителя этих плей-офф выходят на Чемпионат мира 2030.
2-й раунд:
Две команды, проигравшие в 1-м раунде,сыграют на поле команды,ставшей  лучшей по итогам Лиги наций УЕФА 2026/2028.
1 победитель этого плей-офф выходит на Чемпионат мира 2030.

Регламент распределения мест в  Квалификации Евро 2032 для  команд, претендендующих  на плей-офф и для 2-х хозяев этого финального турнира (не попавших в  число 20 сильнейших)

Команды,занявшие 1-3 места в лиге A  получают соответственно титулы Чемпиона и 2-х призёров Лиги наций УЕФА 2031/2032.
Команды,занявшие два последних места (10 и 11 места) в Лигах A,B,C.D понижаются в классе и переходят в соседние лиги.
На их места приходят по две лучшие команды (1 и 2 места) лиг B,C,D.E.
Команды,занявшие 8-е и 9-е места в лигах сыграют  по два матча плей-офф с  3-ми и 4-ми командами соседних лиг.

Итоговые места Лиги наций УЕФА 2031/2032 будут необходимы для формирования групп Кединой Квалификации Чемпионата мира 2034 и Евро 2036.
Итоговые места Лиги наций УЕФА 2031/2032  сформируются только после окончания плей-офф.
1-11 места - для команд,которые в следующем розыгрыше Лиги наций УЕФА будут играть в Лиге A;
12-22 места - для лиги B;
23-33 места - для лиги C;
34-44 места - для лиги D;
45-55 места - для лиги E.
Например,лига A и такая ситуация:
8A проиграла в плей-офф по сумме 2-х матчей 4B.
9A победила 3B.
Расставляем итоговые места:
Лига A:
1-7 места остаются неизменными (потому что эти команды не играли в плей-офф);
8 место - займёт 9A;
9 место - займёт 1B;
10 место - займёт 2B;
11 место - займёт 4B.
Лига B:
1 место - 8A;
2 место - 10A;
3 место - 11A;
4 место - 3B;
5 место - 5B;

Если какая-нибудь одна  страна по каким-то причинам,  какое-то время, не будет принимать участие в этих турнирах,то будут следующие изменения:

В лиге D вместо 7 команд в 2-х группах сыграет 6 (2 группы по 3 команды).
Финальный этап Лиги наций УЕФА 2026/2028
Вместо 5 команд сыграют 4 (в 2 круга.В сентябре/октябре будет сыграно 4 тура,вместо 3-х).
Квалификации Евро 2028
Вместо 11 команд в одной из групп сыграет 10.

В случае сравнения показателей команд,занявших одинаковые места в группах (необходимыми для плей-офф),у 4-х групп с 11-ю командами не будет учитываться 1 матч с участием сборной с 11-м местом.
В остальных турнирах сложится абсолютно такая же, одинаковая ситуация (4 группы по 11 команд и 1 - по 10).

В случае,если УЕФА решит  проводить Чемпионаты Европы с 32 командами,то по 6 команд из групп будут выходить в финальный турнир,а 7-е - играть в плей-офф.
В случае,если ФИФА расширит число квот для УЕФА (от 17 и больше) ,то эту ситуацию тоже можно легко расчитать.
Если ФИФА на Чемпионат мира 2030 даст Европе 1-2 места в Межконтинентальные плей-офф,то плей-офф не будет.
Например,ФИФА даёт Европе 2 места в эти плей-офф.
1 вариант)Если Испания и Португалия занимают 1-3 места в группах:
16-я команда (лучшая из 4-х мест) тоже сразу попадает на Чемпионат мира 2030.
17-я и 18-я - сыграют в этих плей-офф.
2 вариант)Если  только  1  команда (Испания или  Португалия занимают 1-3 места в группах:
17-я и 18-я - сыграют в этих плей-офф.
3 вариант)Если  Испания и  Португалия занимают ниже 3-х мест в группах:
15-я (худшая из 3х мест) и 16-я (лучшая из 4-х мест) команды сыграют в этих плей-офф.
