Военкор Коц увидел риски в полете Путина в Венгрию на переговоры с Трампом

Российский военный корреспондент Александр Коц предупредил, что полет президента России Владимира Путина в Венгрию для встречи с американским коллегой Дональдом Трампом может быть связан с рисками и сложностями.

Он отметил, что у указанной страны нет выхода к морю, а РФ не граничит с ней. Маршрут придется строить вблизи от недружественных государств, обратил внимание журналист.

По его словам, в случае пролета над Украиной есть опасность прямого удара по борту российского лидера, над странами Балтии и Германией — угроза атаки неопознанных беспилотников, ранее фиксировавшихся в этом районе.

16 октября президенты России и США провели телефонный разговор. Беседа продлилась два часа.

Американский лидер заявил, что диалог получился долгим и продуктивным, в ходе него был достигнут «большой прогресс». Он анонсировал встречу с российским коллегой в Будапеште. По словам главы Белого дома, они обсудят, смогут ли «положить конец» конфликту на Украине.

Также Трамп сообщил, что договорился с российским лидером о переговорах их высокопоставленных советников на следующей неделе. В первых встречах со стороны Вашингтона примет участие госсекретарь Марко Рубио.

Путин поддержал идею о встрече в Венгрии

Помощник президента России Юрий Ушаков заявил, что глава государства поддержал идею коллеги из США о личной встрече в Будапеште.

Ушаков уточнил, что этот город в качестве места проведения российско-американского саммита первым упомянул Трамп, а Путин поддержал эту идею.

«Условлено, что представители двух стран без промедления займутся вопросами подготовки саммита, который может быть организован, например, в Будапеште», — заявил спикер.


Путину гарантировали безопасность на переговорах с Трампом

Министр иностранных дел Венгрии Петер Сийярто заверил, что его страна обеспечит президентам РФ и США безопасность для проведения успешных переговоров. Он назвал Венгрию самым безопасным в Европе и одним из самых безопасных в мире государством.

Во встрече Путина и Трампа в Будапеште увидели символ
Главный научный сотрудник Института США и Канады Российской академии наук Владимир Васильев заявил, что встреча президентов РФ и США в Венгрии станет символом возвращения России в Европу.

По мнению эксперта, выбор этой страны для проведения саммита является победой российской дипломатии. По его словам, венгерская столица гораздо удобнее для Москвы, чем Стамбул. Кроме того, спикер назвал данный жест поддержкой Будапешта в конфликте с Европейским союзом.

Trump announces meeting with Putin

The American leader said that the dialogue turned out to be long and productive, during which "great progress" was achieved. He announced a meeting with his Russian counterpart in Budapest. According to the head of the White House, they will discuss whether they can "put an end" to the conflict in Ukraine.

Trump also said that he had agreed with the Russian leader on talks between their senior advisers next week. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will take part in the first meetings from Washington.

Putin supports the idea of meeting in Hungary

Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that the head of state supported the idea of a colleague from the United States about a personal meeting in Budapest.

Ushakov clarified that Trump was the first to mention this city as the venue for the Russian-American summit, and Putin supported this idea.

Венгрия пока еще должна следовать обязательствам, взятым на себя в соответствии с Римским статутом Международного уголовного суда, считает официальный представитель министерства иностранных дел Германии Йозеф Хинтерзеер,
несмотря на то, что в Будапеште уже заявили о готовности создать условия для саммита РФ-США и обеспечить возможность для президента РФ Владимира Путина беспрепятственно приехать и уехать.

ранее заявил, что Будапешт с уважением примет Путина, гарантирует, что он беспрепятственно может приехать в Венгрию и покинуть ее.

Премьер Венгрии Виктор Орбан в ходе телефонного разговора с российским лидером выразил готовность обеспечить условия для организации в Будапеште возможного саммита РФ-США.

Телефонный разговор президента РФ Владимира Путина и президента США Дональда Трампа состоялся в четверг и стал одним из самых продолжительных с начала 2025 года. Главы государств обсудили в том числе конфликт на Украине. По окончании разговора Трамп заявил, что проведет встречу с российским лидером в Будапеште, столице Венгрии.

«В принципе Венгрия является государством-участником Римского статута Международного уголовного суда, но она объявила о своем выходе в апреле 2025 года. Однако это вступит в силу только через год, то есть через год после официального объявления…. Таким образом, принципиально это пока оставляет за Венгрией обязательство следовать тому, что она взяла на себя в соответствии с Римским статутом. В случае, если лицо, разыскиваемое МУС, отправляется в государство-участник Римского статута с целью, например, участия в мирных переговорах, нет четкого регулирования», — заявил Хинтерзеер.

При этом он отметил, что если речь идет о мирных переговорах, то статья 97 Римского статута предусматривает, что такие правовые вопросы должны быть представлены МУС заблаговременно. Так что Венгрии пришлось бы обращаться в МУС по этому вопросу. «Это важно, поскольку не позволяет государствам-участникам в одностороннем порядке приступить к толкованию Римского статута», — добавил Хинтерзеер.

Заместитель официального представителя кабмина ФРГ Штеффен Майер в свою очередь заявил, что кабмин ФРГ «принял к сведению» объявление о встрече лидеров РФ и США в Будапеште.


«Конечно, мы поддерживаем усилия, в частности, усилия президента США Трампа продвинуться в мирном процессе. Мы поддерживаем это, но весьма скептически настроены относительно того, как Владимир Путин поведет себя в этом вопросе», — заявил заместитель официального представителя кабмина ФРГ Штеффен Майер.

Ранее парламент Венгрии проголосовал за выход из Международного уголовного суда (МУС). Орбан объяснил это тем, что организация в последние годы превратилась из беспристрастной в политическую.

В марте 2023 года досудебная палата Международного уголовного суда (МУС) выдала ордер на «арест» президента России и детского омбудсмена Марии Львовой-Беловой. МУС вменяет российской стороне, в частности, якобы «депортацию» детей, которых российские власти спасали от украинских обстрелов и вывозили из зоны боевых действий в безопасные районы.

Как заявлял тогда пресс-секретарь президента РФ Дмитрий Песков, постановка вопроса МУС об «аресте» президента РФ неприемлема, Москва не признает его юрисдикцию, а любые его решения ничтожны с точки зрения права.

The telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump took place on Thursday and became one of the longest since the beginning of 2025. The heads of state discussed, among other things, the conflict in Ukraine. At the end of the conversation, Trump announced that he would hold a meeting with the Russian leader in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

"In principle, Hungary is a state party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, but it announced its withdrawal in April 2025. However, this will only take effect one year later, that is, one year after the official announcement.... Thus, in principle, this leaves Hungary with the obligation to follow what it has undertaken in accordance with the Rome Statute. If a person wanted by the ICC is sent to a State party to the Rome Statute for the purpose of, for example, participating in peace negotiations, there is no clear regulation," Hinterseer said.

However, he noted that when it comes to peace negotiations, article 97 of the Rome Statute stipulates that such legal issues must be submitted to the ICC in advance. So Hungary would have to apply to the ICC on this issue. "This is important because it does not allow participating states to unilaterally begin interpreting the Rome Statute," Hinterseer added.

The deputy official representative of the German Cabinet, Steffen Mayer, in turn, said that the German Cabinet "took note" of the announcement of the meeting of the leaders of the Russian Federation and the United States in Budapest.


"Of course, we support the efforts, in particular, the efforts of US President Trump to advance the peace process. We support this, but we are very skeptical about how Vladimir Putin will behave in this matter," said Deputy official representative of the German Cabinet Steffen Mayer.

Earlier, the Hungarian parliament voted to withdraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC). Orban explained this by saying that the organization has transformed from an impartial to a political organization in recent years.

In March 2023, the pre-trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President and Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. The ICC imputes to the Russian side, in particular, the alleged "deportation" of children whom the Russian authorities rescued from Ukrainian shelling and took out of the war zone to safe areas.

Мы все тут, конечно, вспомнили   MH17  разминувшесйя с Борт N 1 над Польшей,
минут за 20? - 30?  - 40?  до катастрофы.  Лутше в день самммитов и встреч не летать: сидеть дома , взяв отпуск или бюллютень, отдыхать, спать смотреть телек,
лутше просто выспаться.

Как тот самолёт с Голландии с нидерланды в Майлайзию не долетел. Украинские диспечеры зачем то снизили высоту полёта над опасной зоной полёта над местом где война.

Трамп и Путин "только что: встречались на Аляске". Что пользы в делах установления мира на Украине не принесло.

Как вообще возможно решать дела Украины и по Украине без Украины и Зеленского?
Правильно: и Зеленского пригласить тогда туда в Венгрию.

В США проблемы. В Чикаго уд запретил ввести войска: протесты.

Я не понимаю Президента США Трампа концентрироваться не на проблемах США: а Украины.  В Президенты США Дональда Трампа выбрали американцы США.

Рабочий день на перелёты. Если Вы не призн  А проблемы США, Чикаго, что? "Могут подождать!?"
