To Die for Love

I’d walk through fire, I’d brave the tide,
To stand where love and death collide.
A fleeting touch, a whispered name—
For you, I’d kiss the lips of flame.

The stars may fade, the moon may weep,
But I would drown in oceans deep,
If in your arms my soul could stay,
And never drift, nor fade away.

The roses blush, the nightingales
Sing soft of love that never fails.
Yet thorns may pierce, and songs may mourn—
For love like ours is heaven-born.

The winds may howl, the storms may rise,
But I would lose the sunlit skies
To trace the shadows of your face,
And die within your last embrace.

Let time unravel, worlds unwind,
If in your heart my fate is signed.
No grave so dark, no night so long,
Could still the echo of our song.

So take my breath, my pulse, my light—
To die for love is to live right.
For in your name, my heart would cease,
And find in death its sweetest peace.
