What does "There's no effing way!" mean?

I read a joke that I just can't understand.
A: How did the turtle cross the freeway?
B: May I have a hint?
A: Take the "f" out "free" and the "f" out of "way."
B: Hmm... There's no "f" in "way"... there's no effing way!! Oh my gosh! I can't believe you just made me say that!

"Effing" is the letter f pronounced, followed by ing. It is referring to the curse word "fucking," though in a less vulgar way.
"There is no effing way" means it's not possible, there is not a way for it to happen.
The joke is based off there literally not being a letter "f" in the word "way," but saying that sounds like "There's no effin' way!"
