CHAPTER 5.1. VENUS IN PISCES

I left the hotel and went to the mountains. I used to take two bottles of H2O with me, because one was clearly not enough. It was quietly as usual. The birds were still sleeping. It was two and a half hours before sunrise. I enjoyed the air, gradually climbing higher and higher. I reached the beginning of the path. I went through the Temples of Glory, Soul and Wisdom, then down to the Valley and turned left. Following the main road, I walked to Kailash, then around it to the right and up to the Pendulum, majestically frozen on top of the mountain, like a Heavenly Guardian.

The Pendulum reminded me of the Scales. It would be approximately the same There, when once I would come with all my Selves to the Exam of Life. The Scales would start swinging, showing the direction I would be drawn to – the Higher or to the Lower Spheres. I approached the Pendulum and embraced it, leaning my head to the huge metal chain. Its vibrations were absolutely harmonious and perfectly balanced. That was why it seemed frozen exactly in the center. The Pendulum was alive. It just looked like a soulless construct. It was scanning me, comparing my vibrations to its own. In case of discrepancy, it would definitely swing to the right or left. The Pendulum didn’t move either to the left or to the right. So I felt good and calm. There were amazing places there. Stunning mountains. Strong energy. “Thanks!” I said to the Pendulum and went down the mountain.

I had to find those bushes behind which a barely noticeable path to the Mountain Earth began. It was dark and not at all clear where to look for them. Walking in a group, one doesn’t pay attention to details, but being alone, the details become very important. One by one, I penetrated through the thickets of each bush along the road, until I found the path. There was still a long way to go, I had to walk fast.

Finally, I reached to the mountain called the Earth. I climbed to the top. My heart was beating in anticipation of something exciting. I knew that was my place. My Earth, the Earth I was drawn to.

None of ours were there. I laid down in the pentagram exactly in the center of the small patch of the Earth, so that my spine was in contact with its central point. Instantly, a wave-like pulsating energy flew through me. I didn’t close my eyes, being scared. I could leave my body or move somewhere with it. And there was no one around. I looked at the sky. It was an hour before the dawn. The sky was dark blue. Not a cloud. Silence. Suddenly, I began to see clearly some Grid around the Earth (I mean around our planet, not mountain called the Earth) at some distance in the Sky. The grid consisted of invisible thick threads resembling parallels and meridians on the globe. Or just a grid. Exactly through the central point of the Earth (the mountain on top of which I was) some axis went to the Sky. The axis as the Grid was invisible to two of our three eyes. The axis of Energy passed through me. I realized why there was such a strong flow there. I was lying under the dome of the reticulated Sky. I saw nothing but the Sky. Mountains, land and the unknown city, they all were somewhere beneath. It seemed that I had no body anymore. I merged with the Sky. I was the Sky.

Suddenly, footsteps were heard. Someone walked closer rising up there. I heard the familiar voice, “There you are, Daphne! Who would have told me before that it’s possible to meet at least one Daphne on the Earth, I would never have believed it!”

I returned from the sky to the Earth.

“Hello, Sasha!”

“Listen, I almost died last night!”

“Because of counting numbers?”

“No, it was only last night that Death reached me. The same one, because of which you have almost lost your hooves in the City of the Dead. And, frankly, I didn’t really believe in all those numbers. I felt bad.”

“Relax, in an hour we’ll ascend the Pyramid of the Rebirth together with the Sun. So you’ll resurrect!”

For several minutes we sat on the patch in silence.

“You know, Sasha, there is a grid hanging above the Earth and some axis goes into the sky,” I said with a smile.

Sasha raised his head and gazed into the sky.

“Daphne… You have a rainbow, a grid, an axis… And all the time your eyes are in the sky, mind you. You are drawn to the Earth, you say it yourself. You are stubborn like a sheep… Get up, let’s go. Otherwise, they’ll climb onto the Pyramid to be reborn without us.”

We descended the mountain and got to the fork, where our seminarians had gathered. We continued the path along the main road until the next fork. We made our way through thickets of bushes. In the distance, the Pyramid we longed for appeared. To get to its top, we had to overcome several slopes, along one of them there was the Dragon’s Ridge, but we would stop there on the way back. We followed each other trace to trace and began to climb the Pyramid. From a distance it seemed easy. When we came to the foot, the ascent was breathtaking. The top of the Pyramid appeared to be a small platform on which we placed ourselves and met the Sun.

“Well, happy rebirth!” RAM said joyfully.

She told us something. I looked at the mountains we had already passed on the right. They seemed tiny and so far away. Both the Earth and the Pendulum. And below, in the Valley, the unknown city was peacefully asleep. Svetlana was sick. RAM said that some partitions between Svetlana’s chakras were still closed. We started descending. Going down was always harder. I looked down and thought that it was easier to roll head over heels than to walk. Sasha noticed my hesitation, took my hand, and I followed him.

The Stone Ridge ran across several mountain ranges. Leaning one’s back against the Dragon’s Ridge, one could get a large boost of energy. We all leaned up to it, and our backs were scratching happily. For some reason it smelled like the steppe. Yura from Kaliningrad picked up herbs, here and there sprouting from rocks, in order to make us thyme tea the next day.

“Tomorrow we have to climb the Mountain of Wishes. The next one, do you see?” RAM said and we looked into the distance. That mountain was even further and higher than the Pyramid.

“The Book of Knowledge is there. Now it’s time for us to head back. We have to climb the Tower of Babel in time!”

We reached the main road going trace to trace, and then walked in a random order.

“Daphne, I suggest returning to our sheep. You talked about numbers yesterday, right?”

“Right.”

“So do you want to say that a person depends only on numbers?”

“No, I just said that you should not reduce everything to numbers.”

“And how else can you learn something about a person, besides numbers?”

“You can meet him, Sasha,” I laughed.

“You are all about your own, about girlish… Well, tell me, you know that there are stars, planets, all sorts of karmas. You said the Pythagoreans considered everything in interconnection: Music, Algebra, Geometry, Astronomy.”

“Right.”

“Then don’t waste your time, tell me about the stars. You are, Daphne, the sky expert. And I’m an Aries, for example. What does it mean?”

“Absolutely nothing,” I laughed.

“Why?”

“I am an Aries, too. But, I hope, you won’t say we are like two drops of water! We are exactly as similar as we are different, aren’t we?”

“Listen, Daphne, I always told you, stubborn as a ram! And you turned out to be an Aries! I’m an extrasensory man! Okay, just kidding, sorry. So are horoscopes nonsense?”

“No, they are not. It depends on the kind. Let’s start with a simple thing. The Zodiac was known a long time ago, back in Ancient India and Ancient Egypt. The word Zodiac is a diminutive of the word Animal. There are 12 Zodiac Signs, or Constellations, 30 degrees of the imaginary Sky Circle each. The circle goes around the Earth in the plane of the equator. Your Zodiac Sign indicates that the Sun was located in it at the time of your birth. Each of the Zodiac Signs has its own Ruler, a planet, which gives certain qualities to the representatives of each Sign: Aries is ruled by Mars, Taurus by Venus, Gemini by Mercury, Cancer by the Moon, Leo by the Sun, Virgo by Mercury or Proserpine (in different schools in different ways), Libra by Venus (or Chiron), Scorpio by Pluto, Sagittarius by Jupiter, Capricorn by Saturn, Aquarius by Uranus, Pisces by Neptune.”

“Why do they repeat? Taurus and Libra have Venus the Ruler, for example?”

“Both are the most loving planets the world has never seen of the kind… Because the main planets are fewer than the Constellations in the Zodiac. Initially, there were 10, not 12 Zodiac Signs. One Sign, let’s call it Virgo-Scorpio, was later divided into 3: Virgo, Libra and Scorpio, so some planets rule more than one Sign. Although some schools speak of Proserpine and Chiron, which were originally considered differently. The first 6 Signs belong to the Ascending Line and symbolize the Spiritual World (the Inner Self). The last 6 belong to the Descending Line, the Reflection of the Spiritual World in a small, secondary world (the External Self). Thus, ancient people pointed to the degradation of the Universe in the course of its evolution from Top to Bottom, where Libra is the turning point in the Zodiac Circle, when a balance between the Spiritual and the Material is reached. The Zodiac Circle was also called the Wheel and the Key, which must be turned 7 times.”

“Why?”

“It’s connected with the theory of the cyclic life of the Universe. It has to go through all these 7 circles.”

“Let’s go back to our sheep, leave the circles in peace!”

“So… Basically, all horoscopes are based on the general characteristics of the 12 Zodiac Signs, according to the Sun passing in them. But not only the Sun exists in the sky. Agree that other stars and planets couldn’t disappear from the sky at the moment of our birth, in whatever Zodiac Sign we were born according to the Sun. And they, too, must have their effect on us.”

“It’s logical, so..?”

“And here the most interesting begins: the Sun, according to which it’s determined that you are Aries, always falls into the same Sign in the corresponding period of the year. A man born from March 21 to April 20 is an Aries. But all the other planets ended up in completely different places of the Zodiac Circle, depending on the TIME of birth, the YEAR of birth and the PLACE of birth.”

“So do you mean that two people born on the same day, at the same hour, but in different places of the globe, have different horoscopes?”

“They have completely different Heavenly Patterns of their Souls, that is the location of the Stars and the Planets in the sky at the time of their birth. And if on the same day, at the same hour, in the same place, but in different years. And if in the same place, the same year, on the same day, but at different hours and minutes, too. In fact, every moment is unique, so astrologers restore the picture of the sky at the time of one’s birth and interpret the Heavenly Cards. If you take one card out of the deck, for example, the nine of hearts, you’ll read the word ‘Love’. But taking another one out, perhaps the whole phrase will be read as ‘Non-reciprocal Love’.”

“And how many planets are there, besides the Sun, to read correctly about Love?”

“The main ones, the most connected with the Earth and its inhabitants, are seven: the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. There are more 3 Higher ones: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Some schools consider Proserpina, Chiron, and also …”

“I don’t understand. How can planets influence a person?”

“Each planet carries certain vibrations, symbolizes something. At the time of one’s birth, each planet happens to be in a Zodiac Sign. For example, the Sun is in Aries, Venus is in Pisces, although it’s the Ruler of Taurus.”

“What does Venus in Pisces mean?”

“Universal Love, Love coming out of its banks, one loves so that it looks like a sacrifice, self-sacrifice.”

For example, the Third House, responsible for the Sphere of Life Contacts / Mind / Siblings / Travels at short distances / Literature (when we write, not publish), should be in Gemini, ruled by Mercury, but ended up in Leo. Thus, the Sun, ruler of the Leo Constellation, will be responsible for your House of Contacts. Therefore, you need to know the Sphere of Life of each House and the Zodiacal Constellation the Houses were at the time of your birth in order to understand who is the Ruler of each Sphere or your life. You need to know as well the meaning of each planet, the location in a particular House at the time of your birth, in order to understand what information they brought into each of the Spheres of your life. The planets have different strength at the time of birth, they can collide with stars and nebulae, form individual connections or aspects among themselves, fall into degrees with their own information.”

“It’s clear at once that nothing is clear. Let’s eat elephant piece by piece. Tell me about the planets.”

“The SUN, a star, is a symbol of the Higher Self, Spirit, Consciousness, symbolizes life, gives strength, joy, makes us shine. Depending on the location and proximity to other planets, it can indicate, for example, longevity, as well as the possibility of human development. The MOON symbolizes the Subconscious, the Personal Self, the Soul, our roots, emotional and inner world, it tells about the nature of fate and changes in the Sphere of Life in the House it falls. MERCURY is responsible for thinking, mind, intelligence, mobility and liveliness, contacts with the outside world, for the Word.”

“No doubts, VENUS means Love. Am I right?”

“Not only Love, but also fun, joy, attractiveness and beauty. It forms the scale of human life values, in addition to sensuality, it stimulates creativity, art, science, and even manages finances.”

“A loveable beauty with a purse, creating masterpieces… Not a bad option… Okay, sorry! Who’s next there?”

“MARS is a warlike planet, responsible for physical strength, energy, activity and aggression, the destruction of energy. JUPITER is a symbol of happiness, glory, justice and spiritual development, and, like Venus, is responsible for money, but Venus has only cash, while Jupiter is interested only in large capital.”

“I get it, one needs to be friends with Jupiter!”

Eccentricity, resistance to the past and present, striving for new ways and inventions, sudden and abrupt changes, collapse. NEPTUNE symbolizes the Higher life of the Soul, a tendency to the transcendent, subconscious, it activates talents, intuition, fantasy, but it can also give you rose-colored glasses, drugs and poison. PLUTO, the symbolic ruler of Death, is a strong planet for magicians, as well as for people who are somehow connected with death, the otherworld, something extreme, for murderers and clan mafia. “They were moving backwards when I was born… Usually, the planets move forward along the Zodiac Circle, but sometimes they seem to stop or going back…”

“Cool! And what does it say?”

“The causes of events and situations related to this planet in the horoscope of a newborn are largely determined by his past lives. Perhaps one hadn’t enough time to complete something in the past, to pay off karmic debts. Retrograde planets make a person complete what has been started, pay off the debts. Retro-energy of each planet is directed inside a person, and it should be redirected outside.”

“Listen, Daphne, you turn out to be a great debtor! You accumulated so many debts that as many as three planets stopped in the sky being shocked!”

An eclipse. It doesn’t let me shine… In general, the Black Moon is connected with the Dark part of the Subconscious, with Evil, temptations, collapse. Emotions from the influence of the Black Moon are beyond one’s control.”

“So what does that mean?”

“When I met Ray, I didn’t know yet about the Natal Chart, or Heavenly Passport, as astrologers call it. Ray saw the mark on me saying, ‘You are Lilith.’ I asked, ‘What does this mean?’ And he replied, ‘In a past life you were a Black Magician, Alice. Like me’.”

“Incredible, Daphne. So you are a debtor who is paying off the Black Magic, right?”

“It looks like that.”

“Why isn’t Ray paying off? He was a Black Magician, too, and he is still one of them, if I am not mistaken.”

“When you are marked with the seal of the Black Moon, you know the whole mechanism of Magic, but you can choose to follow the Black Path or not. Ray made his choice, I made mine. Ray has an interesting stars combination, too. He has Selena with the Black Moon in the same degree. That’s the struggle for the human soul between the Forces of Darkness and Light!”

“Daphne, let’s close this topic. Or your Lilith will start to worry, and its emotions are out of control, and God knows how it will all end, into a flood or into an earthquake, while we are galloping round the mountains. You’d better tell me about the Houses.”

“There are 12 Houses in total. Each of them, as I have already told you, has its own Planet the Ruler, but at the time of your birth it can be walking somewhere on the side, in another House, which usually happens because the planets don’t like to sit still.”

“They are so tricky! Who would have thought: everything in the sky is the same! And why do you, Daphne, keep looking there, at the sky? Okay, go on! Just focus on business and money, please!”

“Okay, I’ll speak about business in general and primitively, using the standard approach with other unknowns, because everything is decided by the position of the planets at the time of one’s birth. As for money, it can be judged by the presence of Venus and Jupiter in the Houses 2, 5, 8 and 11. In the HOUSES, not in the Constellations, because the serial number of the House at the time of your birth doesn’t have to match the serial number of the Zodiac Sign. If the Sun is in Aries, a person can become a good military man, a metallurgist, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency, but it’s better to be engaged in the activities of the opposite Sign, Libra, because there he will achieve even greater success, that is, his road leads to jurisprudence or creativity, to various types of art and culture, onto the stage.”

“Well, Daphne, it’s right about you! You are so creative! Listen, did you deliberately wander into creativity or purely intuitively?”

“Intuitively. We shouldn’t count, but listen to ourselves!”

“Well, those who have the Ruler of Life in Mysticism can listen to themselves. And those who are tight with intuition, can count. Or listen to others. And is it the case for everyone, to go in the opposite Sign, or not?”

Esoterically, in the Pythagorean tradition, the Second House is called Porta Inferno, which means the Gates of Hell, that is, the Lower Gates guarded by the hellish dog Cerberus, or Taurus, and therefore the House informs us about the obstacles for the development of personality. Although some ancient mystics in the horns of Taurus saw Ankh, the cross, the Egyptian sign of the Key, discarding the dragon. In Egypt, they believed that Taurus is the interpreter of the divine voice. In some cases, what happens in this House tells us about the earthly plane of human existence. As for business, the Sun in Taurus tries to combine Art and Commerce in life and succeeds. It’s responsible for the practical mind, primary and secondary education, short trips, literature, oratory. Esoterically, the Third House is the House of Brotherhood, discipleship, union of people. The Sun in Gemini is great at making connections with everyone on their way, they are good with communications, so they work in journalism, telecommunications, in the car business, in sales, advertising. Even better they realize themselves in the activities for which Sagittarius is responsible: philosophy and everything related to travel, abroad, foreign languages, teaching and publishing, spirituality. House number 4. OWN HOUSE. FAMILY. ROOTS. MOON/CANCER. Home, family, parents, Motherland, land, real estate. The final place of burial. In the esoteric tradition, the 4th House is considered the Basement. It has to do with the karma of a person, with the original, deep sources of his existence, with connections with tradition, with the past, with deep memory. A person whose 4th House is full of planets can be clairvoyant, he has the ability to look into the past, since the 4th House means also our Past.”

“Daphne, I wonder how many planets you have there!”

“I look into the Future, Sasha, and into the sky! The 4th House also indicates a connection with parents, attachment to one’s own home, to relatives. The Sun in Cancer is an excellent worker where care and dedication are required: teacher, doctor, hotel business and catering. Even better to do administration and systematization, perhaps the management of the company, that’s the Capricorn’s sphere. House number 5. HEART, CHILDREN AND CREATIVITY. SUN/LEO. Creativity, love, the birth of children and relations with them, the memory that a person will leave to posterity. In the esoteric sense, the 5th House is considered the Good Genius, bestowing on a person the gifts of Fortune. It also shows one’s attitude to sports and is responsible for entertainment, gambling, speculation in business. The Sun in Leo, as in Aries and Sagittarius, is the leader. They say that people of these three signs don’t even need to be appointed as chiefs, they will achieve all on their own goal and become the head. This is about yours and mine, about girlish. So, Lions shine in creativity, in sports, they can be excellent personnel officers, because they feel people, and, of course, bosses… But it’s better for them to be in the sphere of Aquarius: in politics, on TV, in innovative technologies, in everything related to space, the Internet, and so on. If Venus is in V at birth, there are chances to get some money through winnings in the lottery, in casinos, through speculation, and also from children. Jupiter there is even better. You can make a huge fortune. If neither of them are there, there is nothing to risk and rely on luck.”

“Have you ever played in a casino, Daphne?”

“I have. In Monte Carlo, but that’s another story.”

“Daphne, you are so cool beyond your years! Even I haven’t yet played in Monte Carlo. Okay, let’s move on!”

“House number 6. WORK AND HEALTH. MERCURY/VIRGO. Health and illness, work, service, duty, relationship with colleagues, occupational dangers. Attitude to doctors, to your body. House of Material, Earthly. It determines everything that we obey in life, points to our work, events that distract, hinder our Spiritual development. The Sun in Virgo is pedantic and petty, meticulous to hell, God himself ordered such people to be doctors, veterinarians, engineers, that is, to work where scrupulous fine work is required, because they know that the Devil is hidden in the details. Still, being an earthly Sign, they can be engaged in work related to the Earth: gardeners, agronomists, botanists. They will achieve great success in the Pisces sphere, for example, by becoming consultant psychologists.”

“I don’t know about you, but I don’t like petty people.”

“Petty people and people who can calmly and carefully do some petty important work are not the same thing. For example, I love global projects, and if you put me on a routine, I’ll go crazy in an hour. But I close my eyes to the little things in life. Virgo does not.”

“House number 7. MARRIAGE AND PARTNERSHIP. VENUS/LIBRA. Responsible for marriage and business partnership. It shows our opponents and enemies that we know in face. The 7th House determines the relationship of a person with the world, with the environment, with his other half. The 7th House is the esoteric Scales: on one bowl, there is a person and his opinion, on the other, there is the opinion of others about him. “House number 8. SEX. MAGIC. DEATH. PLUTO/SCORPIO. Doom in destiny, risks, dangers, surgery, crises, transformation, death. It also speaks about sexual energy, magical and occult abilities, attitude towards death, possession of large capital that belongs to other people. The 8th House is called the Upper Gate, through which a person can go to the Higher Plan of Being, the Gates of Heaven are opened in front of him (they are just located in the 30th degree of Scorpio) as soon as the earthly Self is destroyed.
