Melting Snow Again
Making way for tender fields of green.
And in that place where once we shared our days,
The birches whisper youth we’ve always seen.
Spring returns, a memory reborn,
Of brighter days that shone like morning skies.
The rustling leaves, a gentle, tender song,
Awakens feelings time could never hide.
The years have passed, life’s journey nearly done,
Yet memory still calls us back once more.
To when the spring had bloomed, and youth begun,
And birches told us what our hearts were for.
Spring returns, a memory reborn,
Of brighter days that shone like morning skies.
The rustling leaves, a gentle, tender song,
Awakens feelings time could never hide.
The snow melts gently, fading into spring…
Yet love remains in every song they sing.
