Autumn Waltz

Autumn, a red-haired maiden,
Laughing bright, your joy cascades in.
In the park, the music flows,
Through the night, the magic grows.

And I sing, my soul takes flight,
Carried on the breeze tonight.
Dancing leaves and saxophone’s call,
The wind will catch and scatter all.

Leaves in a waltz above the ground,
They spin in circles all around.
And to the saxophone’s sweet tune,
My heart beats boom-boom-boom.

Raindrops tapping on the glass,
Lantern lights where shadows pass.
City dreams in fairy schemes,
Fading softly into gleam.

And I sing, my soul takes flight,
Carried on the breeze tonight.
Dancing leaves and saxophone’s call,
The wind will catch and scatter all.

Leaves in a waltz above the ground,
They spin in circles all around.
And to the saxophone’s sweet tune,
My heart beats boom-boom-boom.

Stormy skies, you tried to play,
Rushed to blow the notes away.
But autumn sang them back to me,
To set my spirit free.

The storm soon fades, the sunlight gleams,
And life returns in golden streams.
A melody of love and light,
Forever dancing through the night.

Leaves in a waltz above the ground,
They spin in circles all around.
And to the saxophone’s sweet tune,
My heart beats boom-boom-boom!

Boom-boom-boom...
Autumn whispers soft and clear...
The wind recalls a tale so near...
My heart again in rhythm sings...
Boom-boom-boom...
