I hate the standards of formality,
The one-dimensionality of terrestrial space,
The limits imposed by frames, decrees, and regulations,
The impeccability of residential furnishings,
The ironic ritual of sycophants,
The waxen smiles of the shop window,
The soullessness that kills the eaglets,
The average picture rendered by the statesman,
Songs and groans in unison,
According to the patterns of ready-made models, –
Don't disturb my posthumous sleep
With the clowning of fanatics and clones!
This city drags everyone down,
Making them sink into ridiculous banality, –
I have found and opened the Window
Of transition to Another Reality...
