You want someone to live and stay near,
You want to come and break all the ties
To find another one who will hear
Your silent prayers, your loud dreams,
All at the edge of your broken ankle,
Your undeveloped multiple films
Will show distant light to the gentle
And long forgotten vibrant deluge
Destroying all the things in its stream bed,
Whatever happens it has been huge
To realise another strong impact
That shaped you in a different form,
Destroyed you, killed you, made you a cripple,
Where you have been so outside the norm,
And that thin rod of all slightly rippled
Jade just somehow lay at your feet,
The world was there in its old silence,
You paused the song and made them repeat
The not existing lyrical guidance.
