Friend, Pause and See

Friend, pause a moment - hear the city’s sigh,
Beneath the towers where the sunsets lie,
The trees still whisper, soft against the steel,
A fleeting breath of life you almost feel.

The river hums its song through streets of gold,
While shadows stretch, the evening’s tale is told,
Don’t chase the rush, don’t let the moment flee,
In every pause, the world’s own melody.

So stop, look up - the sky’s a burning flame,
A quiet beauty no one else can claim,
In city’s heart, where nature’s secrets gleam,
The sunset holds the magic of a dream.
