Coffee reading

Today in Turkish pot I’ll make some coffee,
But sugar sand and cinnamon will wait,
Let’s say that in guesswork I’m not a boffin,
But I will tell the fortunes for my fate.

My inward vision and my strong desire
Will set ajar the doors of years ahead,
I will foretell my flourishing entire,
While keeping my steps-teller never dead.

The coffee grounds depict the past on saucer,
The coffee cup depicts what lies ahead,
The symbol prompt on bottom lies across her,
Good fortune says, - Don’t lose the lucky thread.

Lace pattern shows all-problem resolution,
The trace on bottom spells successful eve,
Alike a thread, runs future’s convolution,
It doesn’t hurt in guesswork to believe.

I put my faith in coffee grounds prediction,
Therein a lusty lotus – a good sign,
I like the coffee… and its grounds’ depiction,
As if it’s a bright beacon of my life.
