Нарушение авторских прав влечёт за собой ответственность в соответствии со статьёй 1301 ГК РФ (компенсация от 10 000 до 5 000 000 рублей), а также уголовную ответственность по статье 146 УК РФ (штраф до 200 000 рублей или лишение свободы на срок до двух лет).
