A Day for myself

Every day of my life
I thought I lived for something
Never wanted to die
And be in all or nothing.

I lived for people around
Giving much getting little
And when I hit the ground
I saw true face of people.

I couldn’t live otherwise
And ended up with a crown
So, it opened my eyes
Making me running town.

For all of my life
I lived for someone near
Was it son or was wife
I never looked in a mirror

I’m not going this way
No need in glory and wealth
All I need is a day
When I can live for myself!!!

It’s no use fighting with dreams
You can never reach them all
It ain’t as hard as it seems
Just follow your heart and soul

Finally, be an elder man
Not a fool with sweets in his head
Do everything you can
And take everything you get...

I killed for my country
I knelt to the God
My life was a boundary,
Consisting of doubt.

For all of my life
I lived for someone near
Was it son or was wife
I never looked in a mirror

I’m not going this way
No need in glory and wealth
All I need is a day
When I can live for myself!!!

So now I am free…
No one to care about
I can live for me
And finally break out.

I see no light, it’s all gone
Maybe I was right,
It’s about people around,
And life is no fight….
