Dust settles on the window pane
Another day is fading, like a whispered name
The city lights are flickering, a distant, hazy glow
But something shifts inside me, a seed begins to grow

And I look up, beyond the concrete gray
Where diamonds scatter, chasing night away
A canvas vast and endless, sprinkled bright and clear
Whispering secrets only starlight can hold near

Starlit promises, hanging in the air
A silent language, a hope beyond compare
They shimmer and they beckon, across the velvet dark
Leaving fireflies of wonder, in my beating heart

Remember childhood dreams, beneath a summer night?
A boundless imagination, taking fearless flight
Those whispered wishes, sent to the celestial dome
Now echoes in the silence, calling me back home
