Иду к истокам света, по ступеням бытия,
Вокруг никого нету, во вне меня лишь я...
На нити времён, мои нанизаны дни,
А жизнь как долгий сон, в котором я, это они...

Я стоял на краю, подо мной простиралась вода,
Ощущал в душе трепет, когда удлинялася тень...
Я остался стоять, но меня так манило туда,
Где с приходом заката, закончится долгий сей день...
Всё затихло, не слышен был больше прибой,
Только сердца размеренный стук, становился слышней...
Понял я, только там смогу слиться с тобой,
Оттого сделать шаг мне хотелось сильней и сильней...

В безмолвном танце звезд, в печальных фазах луны,

От рожденья тогда был наверно всего лет шести...
Но меня захватило всё то, что случилось потом,

Вечны воды, всегда где-то ждёт меня край,
Только прежнего трепета в сердце давно уже нет...
Может быть, когда дух возвратится мой в рай,

Я на край не иду, и не жду от судьбы перемен...
Я остался стоять, почему-то не смог сделать шаг,
И живу словно узник, в плену своих узких сих стен...
Где она, та что звала меня за собой,
Где она, та с которой мой дух разлучён...
Вновь мне слышно, внизу бурно плещет прибой,
Я омоюсь в воде, буду чист и конечно прощён!
