Be My Muse

A cycle of poems «And What If There is No Love?»

The canvas waits, a blank expanse of white
My brush feels heavy, lost in fading light
Inspiration's gone, the colors seem to fade
A silent symphony, a melody unplayed

Be my muse, ignite the fire within
Unleash the words, let the painting begin
Your smile, your laughter, a vibrant hue
A masterpiece unfolds, because of you

The rhythm's lost, the rhyme won't find its flow
My thoughts are scattered, like seeds that won't grow
I search for beauty, in every passing scene
But nothing captures, what I long to glean

Be my muse, ignite the fire within
Unleash the words, let the painting begin
Your smile, your laughter, a vibrant hue
A masterpiece unfolds, because of you

Your eyes, a galaxy, where stars ignite
Your voice, a songbird, in the darkest night
You are the essence, the spirit I pursue
The spark that ignites, the dreams that break through

Be my muse, ignite the fire within
Unleash the words, let the painting begin
Your smile, your laughter, a vibrant hue
A masterpiece unfolds, because of you

With you beside me, my spirit takes flight
My art takes form, bathed in your guiding light
Be my muse, forever and a day
And watch my creations, blossom and sway.
