She’s a space oddity on a starlit ride
Galaxies apart yet side by side
Her eyes are nebulae in deep space
Gravity pulls me closer to her face
Rocket ships can’t chase her far
Lost in orbits around a bygone star
Zero gravity love on a cosmic sea
Solar flares flicker when she looks at me
Interstellar heartache lightyears apart
Planets collide inside our hearts
A universe in her touch without a sound
Orbiting love we never found
Satellite signals echo her name
Meteor showers can never tame
Celestial dance in the Milky Way
Floating adrift where we used to play
Through wormholes and black holes I will roam
Seeking her light guiding me home
Constellations whisper fate's decree
In a cosmos where we used to be
Asteroids can crash but we remain
Stars will burn out yet love’s the same
Comets streak across the twilight sky
In this endless void we say goodbye...
