Heartbeat thumpin', a steady drum
A rhythm playin', never numb
A pulse that whispers, life's design
A vital sign, a sign so fine

Vital signs, tellin' the story
Of strength and hope, and life's glory
Breathing deep, a gentle sigh
A flicker of life, beneath the sky
Temperature rising, or cooling slow
The body's language, starts to flow
Vital signs, a silent plea
For health and wellness, wild and free

Blood pressure risin', a subtle strain
The body's working, through sun and rain
Oxygen flowin', a precious stream
Nourishing life, a vibrant dream
From fingertips to toes so bright
A network of signals, day and night
These subtle cues, so soft and low
The whispers of life, start to show

Vital signs, tellin' the story
