Tendon Rupture
In the realm of motion, where tendons twine,
A sudden snap, a cruel design.
Tendon rupture, a piercing pain,
A symphony of anguish, a tormentous strain.
Oh, the agony, a fire ablaze,
As tendons tear, a dance of craze.
From ankle to knee, a searing blight,
Tendons broken, robbed of might.
The once-agile foot, now halted low,
Each step a struggle, every stride a blow.
The knee that bends, a source of dread,
Torn apart, its function fled.
Oh, the agony, a fire ablaze,
As tendons tear, a dance of craze.
From ankle to knee, a searing blight,
Tendons broken, robbed of might.
In the depths of pain, a shattered soul,
Motionless limbs, a cruel and bitter toll.
No longer can I leap or bound,
My body broken, grounded to the ground.
Doctors' hands attempt to mend,
To stitch the torn and shattered end.
But scars remain, a constant reminder,
Of the day my tendons turned to tinder.
Oh, the agony, a fire ablaze,
As tendons tear, a dance of craze.
From ankle to knee, a searing blight,
Tendons broken, robbed of might.
Yet even in this darkness, hope remains,
A flicker in the midst of endless pains.
With time and patience, I will strive,
To rebuild my strength, to regain my drive.
No longer will I dwell on what was lost,
But focus on the future, at any cost.
Tendons ruptured, but my spirit will soar,
Beyond the pain, forevermore.
