 Abstract

   This collection of poetry is the result of the immersive exploration of the Northern Tradition and the heritage of the runes. It contains poems that the author wrote during her numerous trips to reserved areas in Iceland and Norway. These are poetic ballads, tales, runes, spells and mythology that will plunge you into a special world of Nordic mysteries. Like repercussions of skaldic poetry, they are matched with runic symbols, galdrs and glyphs of the corresponding vibration through the patterns of the internal rhyme and consonant words. The publication contains further comments on ancient symbols presented as notes in the margins of a grimoire, as well as geographical maps.  As a notebook, it has pages for personal notes, such as descriptions of dreams and drawings.   
   The book is intended for a readership interested in exploring and understanding the meanings of the Eddic heritage of the North. ;

    I invite you to enter the boundless world of sacred geography of the reserved areas in the mythical North.
    This is a dive into the depths of your nature and a journey along the routes where our world of people and the worlds of other realities intertwine into crossroads.
    People conventionally refer to them as “places of power” — the sites where the chthonic forces of the great sacred Earth come out.  Many of them found on the map of the planet are hidden under the domes of various religions. However, there are areas that still remain open under the Temple of Firmament.  Searching for these places and plumbing the depths of their greatness is the purpose and aspiration of a wanderer.

    This grimoire collection presents a cycle of poems created in the places of power in Iceland and the Polar Sun Circle. It highlights the points on the map of the North, while rhymes and words in ballads provide a clue to them.
