Observer effect

(Don't you look at me!)

The dry leaves' rustle got me moving once at sleep,
The pain of Something, trying to break free.
Something which could be no more inside,
Something which sored and hurt so deep,
When I found out - there was an Evil Eye in me.
I tore down all my clothing and
I rushed around the bed, clutching to the swinging scar,
But the starry twilight wouldn't look the same:
No matter what you said then, this'd remember who you are,
No matter how hard you tried - this would not forget your name.
As the porcelain breaks every time that you look at it,
Every fragile thing breaks just when you look at it -
No more stonehard fact, which tonight I'd inflect,
When I break your Observer effect.

(Don't you dare looking at me!)

The Eye would drive me blind, it told me to peek inside,
The dark around would light the scribbled words -
The words written in blood,
The words I tried to hide,
But since then were meant to be heard.
Nothing afterwards would happen,
No longer promises or guarantees -
The Eye's shining would bare the pompous void.
You told me much, how I couldn't make it,
How each and every voice I should avoid,
But my Eye was the only guide in the nameless infinity.
It wouldn't turn out as you wanted it to be -
It actually never WAS as you wanted it to be.
With a carved up smile you act,
Your cage of lies I would inflect,
When I escape the Observer effect.

(Now don't you look at me, when I'm trying to break free -
Don't fucking looking at me, when your masque is no more mistery.
Thus, don't you look at me, when I'm being set free -
I said, don't look at me through bars of misery)
