Во Франкфурте-на-Майне начался второй процесс над девятью членами подпольной организации «граждан рейха» (Reichsburger) по делу госперевороте и вооруженном захвате власти в Германии.

Генрих XIII, принц Ройсс, и восемь его предполагаемых сообщников предстали перед судом во Франкфурте-на-Майне, 21 мая передает служба новостей немецкого телеканала ARD Tagesschau.
Принца Ройсса обвиняют в заговоре против свободного демократического основного порядка в ФРГ, в попытке организовать переворот. Генрих XIII и еще 8 человек с конца апреля находятся под судом в Высшем региональном суде Штутгарта.
Согласно обвинительному заключению, целью переворота было создание «совета», который должен был вернуть Германию к форме правления Германского рейха 1871 года. В «совете» должны были быть должности министерского типа.

В настоящее время названы имена некоторых подозреваемых, которые предстанут перед судом
вместе с принцем Ройссом.
Одна из них —
59-летняя Биргит Мальсак-Винкеманн,
бывший член бундестага от от партии АдГ
и бывший судья земли Берлин.
Согласно обвинительному заключению,
Биргит Мальсак-Винкеманн должна была стать в новом «совете»
министром юстиции.
Сообщается, что она уже дала подробные показания
по обвинениям в ходе предварительного разбирательства.
Среди обвиняемых также
Максимилиан Эдер и Петер Вёрнер 
— два бывших солдата из элитного подразделения бундесвера
«Командование специального назначения» (KSK).
Считается, что они были одними из первых,
кто разработал план заговора.

также служил в специальном подразделении бундесвера,
которое позже стало KSK.

Михаэль Ф.
был офицером полиции в Нижней Саксонии
до отстранения от службы в 2020 году
и главным кандидатом от партии «Die Basis»

Обвинительное заключение федерального прокурора
против девяти обвиняемых,
проходящих сейчас по делу,
занимает 617 страниц.
Первоначально их должно было быть десять,
но один человек умер

Heinrich XIII, Prince Reuss, and eight of his alleged accomplices appeared in court in Frankfurt am Main, on May 21, the news service of the German TV channel ARD Tagesschau reports.
Prince Reuss is accused of plotting against the free democratic basic order in Germany, in an attempt to organize a coup. Henry XIII and 8 other people have been on trial at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court since the end of April.
According to the indictment, the purpose of the coup was to create a "council" that would return Germany to the form of government of the German Reich in 1871. There were supposed to be ministerial-type positions in the "council".

The names of some of the suspects who will appear in court
with Prince Reuss have now been announced.

Birgit Malsak-Winkemann, 59, is a
former member of the Bundestag from the AfD party
and a former judge of the state of Berlin.

on charges during the preliminary trial.
