Изобилие - трудно понять
Если ты живешь в недостатке
Изобилие трудно принять считая себя не достойным
Посмотри на природу, мой друг
Сколько там изобилия

Создал Бог красоту для тебя.
Изобилие твоё лишь. творение.
Изобильны поля и луга, реки,
горы, моря, океаны

Изобильна родная земля
Изобилие жизни у мамы
Мы живем в недостатке порой,
Нам чего то всегда не хватает для счастья

Денег, власти, квартиры другой
И мы всё это всласть восполняем.
Но а счастье, мгновения счастья?
Ускользают…

Может это всё призрачный бред?
Что для счастья, нам так много нужно
Смех ребёнка, улыбка прохожего
Солнца луч, радуга, капли дождя

Ощущение это всё это ты!!!
В каждой капельке, в каждом атоме
Чувство твоей полноты миром всецело объятому

Ты есть любовь и восторг!!!
Ты есть мгновения нежности  !!!
Всё изобильно в тебе
ты есть во всём изобилии;;;


The abundance is hard to perceive
If you live all the time in deficiency
The abundance is hard to accept
If you fell that you aren’t worthy

Just, look at the Nature my friend
How abundant it is
The God has created all beauty for you
And your choice is to make the abundance yourself

All the fields and meadows are fruitful
And the rivers, mountains, oceans and seas
Mother Earth is abundant forever
We can find variety of living forms

But we live as it seems
That we aren’t enough for the happiness
Money, power, or different flat
From this point we start our rase

And the moments of happiness
 fide away
But, perhaps it is all an illusion
That for the happiness we need
so much things

Babies laughter, and smile of the stranger’s
Shining beam of the sun, rainbow, drops of the rain
You can feel all that is you!

In every there and all tiny molecule
Sense of total fulfilment
Loving embrace from the World
You are Love and Delight

You are moments of tenderness
All the abundance
 is already in you
And you are in all the Abundance
