Don t fall for Bobby s sweets

Annie was a today's orphan
In the yesterday's small town
She was wearing white, no single stain of black,
When she was on the smack,
When she heard metal big city's train sound.
The grey memories were behind
Of the prevoius asylum's grind
And each day's no-scene pain.
By now she only hoped,
When for the core she groped,
Washed away with the city's rain -
Was most likely never told -
The evil may have different faces,
The ugliest of them's with virtue deeds,
Don't listen to the scam
Standing in the night's traffic jam
And you don't fall for the Bobby's sweets.

Annie's train was by 1 am,
When she noticed Bob with cigar's on the wait,
On the night's lonely platform:
"Girl, you got problems? I'll solve them,
As for the city's bus it's now too late".
Annie once was taught,
By strangers one can be caught,
But Bob's offer wasn't just to be declined.
He sat in the end in his car -
His house wasn't too far,
Though his cigarettes then she denied,
There on the lantern's highway was signed:
The big city has some different faces,
The ugliest of them's a wish to help,
So don't fall for the scam
In everyday's traffic jam
And don't fall for the Bobby's trap.

Annie surely would be happy
To find someone who knew the city's corners too well,
Though red patels and champagnes
Were to drain her earned-hard savings,
His smooth tongue could make her plans a living hell.
"You drive too fast, got no brakes?"
"What happened, for hell's sake?" -
Breaking clich;s, Annie went right in the city's cold.
On the Bob's cigars' smoke
She could probably choke,
Though Bob's overconfidence was one to scold,
And the car fumes have told:
The night streets have different faces
The worst of them's the naivety's mask
The trip's not to be offered
For the small towns' crippy crawler
So don't you help, even should Annie ask...

The lesson's both for Bob and Annie,
Coming away with none the wiser,
Don't give up hearing your guts,
Even when said "Are you nuts?",
In megapolis it's your best adviser.
Next time you let the live storm in:
Even kids know what's "love-bombing",
Thus, Bobby, you oughtta try a little harder,
The song's what's left about her:
The prey you look for may have different faces,
The most dangerous's the innocence's mask
So think of something more,
Than a hard candy's store,
If your help's what Annie was to ask.
The city sharks may leave different traces,
But mostly true is what it seems,
So don't listen to the lies,
Even which everyone around denies,
And don't you fall for the Bobby's sweets.
