Strength of spirit
This world provides us not a single reason
Enchanting marvels only to believe,
And wonder’s hoax is epic’s only treason
But not to heavens reasonable plea.
It’s labor’s sweat and thought’s excruciation,
And, well, of course, an occurrence’s fact,
And first of all a sloth’s emulation,
Procrastinations’ weird artifact.
And way to victory that far afield is shining,
It’s covered with your labor’s granite stone,
And only then “someone’s above defining”
What ghost of yours will finally atone.
