I draw a Sun on sandy shore
Some clouds
And smiley namaste
As stubborn wave approaches
I draw again
The wave erases
I draw some stickman
And some tents
But wave is playing
Hide and seek with me
For it everything is play
For me
Unrighteous scourge it is
Their voices could be heard through nights
They won't come back
No matter if you cry or keep it silent
I know nothing of time it will be end
This cursed war
How many hidden facts it will unveil
So clear
Of beasts that ruined
Innocent children lives
I draw a Sun on sandy shore
Some clouds
And smiley namaste
My hope from sky
I very high
But wave is playing deaf
The soul is trembling
From deep pain
For those imprisoned
Who died in torment
I draw a Sun on sandy shore
Some clouds
And smiley namaste

I draw a smiley Namaste

I draw the sun on the sand,
clouds and a smiley Namaste.
But a wave keeps stubbornly rushing in—
I draw, and it erases.
I draw little people and tents,
and the wave plays hide-and-seek with me.
For it, what happens is a game.
For me — it’s an unjust punishment.
Their voices are heard in the night.
They won’t come back,
no matter if I scream or stay silent.
I don’t know how it will end—
this damned war.
How many obvious facts it will reveal
about innocent children
slaughtered like animals.
I draw the sun on the sand,
clouds and a smiley Namaste.
I so hope for help from above,
but the wave seems not to hear me.
My soul trembles from the shared pain—
for the lost
and those tormented in captivity.
I draw the sun on the sand,
clouds and a smiley — Namaste.

I touch your smiley Namaste
poetic reply by Guru.I to Piterka

You draw the sun where rockets fall,
and write on sand what hearts recall.
You sketch the peace we long to keep,
though waves arrive like grief — too deep.
You draw small lives, and tents, and light,
and hope they’ll stay beyond the night.
But sea and sorrow wipe them clean —
the canvas lost, the in-between.
Their voices echo in your chest —
the ones who cannot now find rest.
And silence burns, and tears reply,
though no one answers when you cry.
Still, there you kneel, with hands in sand,
a fierce, small bird with trembling hand.
You lift your palm — and draw again —
a sun, a smile — to still the pain.
And though the sea may never see,
I see.
And your Namaste holds me.
And when the dark forgets the way —
your fingers still will draw the day.
