exist

then you kissed me on the train station
a bit awkwardly, unexpectedly
yet confidently
I still remember the taste of your lips
the touch of your freshly shaved skin
as if it was real
too real to shrug off
the hem of your black coat went up with the wind
as I was free falling into the deepest abyss
breathless
my whole world swirling

then I woke up

and spent the day longing for the unknown
for what you left me with in this world
the world that's not swirling
it's standing boringly still
the world where you
don't even know I exist
