The snake formerly little fly punched my appendix

And it exploded
And black stain appeared
And after a month I started feeling ill
Very ill
Apparently in the appendix bacteria
which I caught en LLingland when I drank
Bad water during arrest
And the bactreia spilled out into the body
Between the organs and got into the heart
And the brain
Now I feel dying
Still not panicking
Not going towards the medicine
Vodka helps
Hands shaking
Appendix hurting
