A Story.
Every face tells a story,
so look at me.
What do I say? What do you see?
Every day lived, wasted none,
every line ,every wrinkle,
a tale, every one.
I have laughed much,
and yes, I've cried,
I have lived much and never denied.
Look into my eyes ,
a twinkle you'll see,
life is for living, and this is for me.
So don't waste tears,
on days gone past.
Live for now , make it last.
Keep what you value,
and value what you keep.
May one day seem; as a week.
Make new memories,
that won't fade away.
Enjoy the moment, embrace the day.
Yesterday's gone; there is only now,
every face tells a story,
the story is...now.
