Marriage of Worlds

Earth:
Where willows bend over
The rattling brook
Where lilies and poppy
Carpet cozy nook
I hide 'my little secrets
I disguise fairy rings
Calling hapless and lonely
Into 'my cryptic jinx
Skies:
Below my arch nothing hides
All that lurks in my gaze resides
Breathing in my Dust
Seeping in my Light
Wandering daily in dizzying lust,
Traversing my worlds in mystical night
Born in yearning to be caressed
And to suckle on the heavenly breast
Earth:
The fauns and the nymphs
All gathered along
Squirm dancing to flute endearing song
Bewitched and enchanted
Join our roundelay
Amidst graceful saplings
Lured by magical sway
Skies:
And from up above drink the nectar of love
And secretly, quietly mount the wings of the dove
Escape on my rays
Fearlessly soar with me
Into the light of my eternal days
Into the shimmer of the nightly sea
Caressed by the flames of creation
Drunken in stormy elation
Earth:
The tombs of the ancient
Their alters of stone
Are creeped by the ivy
Awed by ravens alone
The world of the shadows
Is hazy and dim
Ruled 'by the dictate of my
sudden whim
Skies:
You wander and wonder divided in two
Though I see my and Her love in you
Our marriage in your breath
Our oblivion, your pain
When you finally in death
Come back to us again
Giving touch and warmth back to the womb
And whisper and spirit to my starry tomb
Earth:
Come back to our roots
Merge in our existence
Both mine and His love
Thrive in utter consistence
Hear the calling of ether
Once over you cross
Fall into embrace
Of primordial source

On your return, I will embrace her again
One ancient soul that was split into twain
Allowed to touch through your weeping descent
Spending ages apart on confounded lent
But in your presence we meet past the veil
Tearing reality brittle and frail
So, take my wings and you can forever soar
And take my enchantments to divulge every core
Leap towards me and reach for my arms
We will melt together in that quixotic dance
