Ever so slowly fades the time away,
Gone into the far and distant haze;
Wistful for the past a bit, we sigh and wave,
Still to come ahead – our best of days.

Infinite, infinite, lie the tracks up ahead,
Stretching right into the sky so blue and brave;

Dreamily, dreamily rolls the azure train.
