Funny how innocent people fight so hard not to testify.... that would prove their innocence. Now he'll appeal to SC and Thomas will stall for him, and on and on. This is a joke. Holy shit, the justice system is so fucked up. Anyone with any cash, can just forever avoid the law with frivolous appeals and claims. It's a travesty that it has gotten this far.
