In Greek mythology, Minthe (also Menthe, Mintha or Mentha; ;;;;; or ;;;;;) is an Underworld Naiad nymph associated with the river Cocytus. She was beloved by Hades, the King of the Underworld, and became his mistress, but she was transformed into a mint plant by either his wife Persephone or his sister and mother-in-law Demeter.[1] - from an encyclopedia

A sad ending
Of a perfect love story -
She turns into a mint plant
And she's always fresh,
Regardless of time and place.
Her smile is dark green -
A grin of the wildness
Of the nature,
A smile instinctual
And seductive.
