Это детская кричалка (chant) под мотив американской армейской кричалки, которую можно встретить в фильме Майор Пэйн (где майор - в толчке майор). Использую с детьми от 5 до 12 лет, получается неплохо)
В последнем куплете слово family имеет ударение на последний слог.
