The Perfect Place

This is the end. But does it really matter?
At last I’m at the point of no return.
And there is nothing left to teach or learn.
This is the place where nothing could be better.

I rest in peace and I will rest forever.
I do not need to worry or regret.
There’s nothing to remember and forget.
I watch my ‘now’ and ‘then’ turn into never.

This time I’m going to recall my story,
My life and death, the way I fall and rise,
The journey from my hell to paradise.
I lived so fast and always in a hurry.

My wooden box, my shelter and salvation,
It’s dark and quiet and so good inside.
And now my mind is clear and open wide.
I’m in the state of total relaxation.

The perfect place to write my final message,
The final chapter and the final page
With no illusions and no senseless rage.
I see your light to guide me through this passage.
