I plan to walk
Under the rain
Today.
I am not afraid to soak.
I rather crave it.
I am wearing a yellow hat,
Green pants and
Foolish smile.
Do you imagine
How I look
When rain pours out on me?
That's right:
At least
Not too sophisticated.
But maybe that's my point:
There is no reason
To pretend
Like I am a serious person.
And neither hat, nor rain
Won't change the core.
It's even simpler this way:
I beforehand
Let people know
That they should not expect
Too much from person
Soaking wet
Under a silly yellow hat.
Walk
