That’s how it is and there’s no use to gripe,
For each high tide – there is a low one,
For each clever person – there is moron type,
And nothing’s unequal, and no one.
But such a strict rule is not right for the fools -
Since they can be seen from a distance,
And everyone shouts to the fools: "Hey, you, fools"!
But that is against their existence.
And so that the fools do not show their flag,
And no one is being neglected,
On every one, smart one – a new yellow tag
Was dangled as they got detected.
The tag marks are used by the old Soviet rules,
A pound for one copper penny,
And now the smart ones are called: “Hey, you, fools!”
But the fools aren’t seen, hardly any.
