How shall I describe you ?
Like the poignant smell of a jasmine flower
That lingers and captivates
Even as my mind recalls the summer.
And what comes first ?
Is it the thought of mid-summer’s heat that invokes
The memory of the sweetest scent;
Or is it the thought of jasmine that
Reminds me of our lovers summer?
