Мой Gagarin

Я родился в год когда он погиб, учился в школе им. Гагарина.
В 2002м уже в Канаде, начал книжный проект "Great Russians. Portraits & Beyond" с портрета для обложки: Адам и Ева Космоса.
Впереди сотни тысяч точек чернилами в стиле поинтиллизм, 30 портретов, книжные выставки в США и Германии, художественные шоу в Канаде, отзывы Нобелевских лауреатов и олимпийских чемпионов... А тогда стоял лишь один вопрос. Собственно причиной выбора к 3х летнему проекту стал вопрос к себе лично. "Кем горжусь больше всего?" Находясь в иммиграции, при подготовке к книге на 3м курсе Монреальского коллежа, переговорив с сотнями людей, канадских учителей от арта, сделав исследование самых важных не только нам имён, но и с точки зрения Запада...кто они, мои соотечественники, изменившие мир?
-Гагарин! Ну а как же без женщины? Вот и Терешкова в обнимку с Лайкой:)
Интуиция однако подсказывает: лишь в космосе Человечеству будет дарован настоящий мир... Прошло 60 лет с момента выхода человека в космос, 23 года после отъезда из Петербурга, 18 лет с момента написания портрета...ответ тот же: ГАГАРИН! С ПРАЗДНИКОМ ВСЁ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВО!!
Он сказал ПОЕХАЛИ!!!

60 YEARS IN SPACE: Happy International Day of Human Space Flight!
I was born in the year he died 1968, I went to school named after Gagarin...

Ahead of hundreds of thousands of ink points in pointillism style, 30 portraits, the book exhibitions in the USA and Germany, art shows in Canada, reviews of Nobel prize laureates and Olympic champions ... then there was only one question.
Actually, the reason for choosing a 3-year project was a question to myself. "Who am I most proud of?" While in immigration, in preparation for the book on the 3rd year of the Montreal Dawson College, having talked with hundreds of people, Canadian teachers from art, doing research on the most important names not only to Russians & former Soviet Union citizens, but also from the Westerner point of view... who are they, my compatriots who changed the world?
-GAGARIN! But what about a woman? Here is the first female astronaut Tereshkova with the first animal astronaut dog Laika :)
The intuition tells me though: only in space the Humanity will be granted real peace ...
It has been 60 years since the Man entered space, 23 years after my departure from St. Petersburg, 18 years since the portrait was created ... the answer is the same: GAGARIN!
GOD BLESS THE EARTH... the endless Universe's best planet.
