I stand before the doors of Paradise,
Unworthy of the mercy of my Lord.
He is beneficent and infinitely wise.
He saves from the Shaitan’s diabolic hordes.
With reverent fear I’m totally embraced,
With sacred hope I’m quaking, all in awe…
And in the tabernacle I’ll feel his grace,
If there is His mighty will so far.
The doors are open, but the mundane life
Goes on in our personal jihad,
Which is a violent everlasting strife,
And the reward is in the Heavens clad.
