It came to me out of the blue –
The only selfish reason is
To satisfy your shallow dreams!
You smashed my heart against the wall,
But, baby, I’m not dead at all!
What heart dictates you can’t ignore
This hatred eats me like a sore…
You’ve never seemed sincere to me.
Your wild laughter is teasing me...
Feeling no mercy in heart of yours,
I understand we have no choice…
You’re staring with your glacial eyes
It’s time for me to realise
I try to trust in what I felt –
The heart of ice can never melt…
I bet my own life for this
I cannot leave it as it is…
Despair’s a price we are to pay.

My spirits sank, left soul numb…
